How long are the walks?All walks are for a minimum of 1 hour, please note this does not include pick up and drop off time.
Do I need to be at home for the picking up and dropping of my dog?
No, our clients provide us with a key which allows us to pick up and drop off your dog whilst you're not home. We are fully insured for key loss and damage. All keys are kept in a secure location and will never be marked with anything other than the name of your dog.
Do I have to pay for walks up front?
No. We invoice in arrears and send invoices at the end of the month for that months walks. We accept payment by credit or debit card, bank transfer and direct debit.
How many dogs do you walk at any one time?
We will never walk more than 6 dogs per walker, however most of the time due to regulations and safety we walk 4/5.
Do you walk any dog?
We walk all dogs different ages, breeds and sizes. We will tailor walks for your dogs needs.
